Values such as sustainability, environmental protection and modern nutrition are particularly close to our hearts. A constant examination of ecological and economic questions is therefore of paramount importance to for us.

We  set great value upon regional products from Bavaria, which are preferably cultivated and produced purely organically. We also prefer fairly traded goods, meat from species-appropriate animal husbandry and ensure that our waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Since the beginning of 2011 many of our products are also available in “real” BIO quality. In accordance with our sustainability principle, we work almost exclusively with seasonal products from selected local producers and producers from the region.
