Whether selected finger food or entire menus – it is prepared fresh daily by our kitchen crew! We rely on sustainably produced, seasonal and regional food, mainly from the Munich area. The meat we use also comes from animals raised in a species-appropriate animal husbandry.

A good wine rounds off every meal perfectly.
We source our wines from vintners with whom we have been working closely for years and whose quality we are convinced of.
We are also convinced of the quality of our entire range of beverages – from precious spring water to German soft drink products, premium juices and nectars to organic and sustainable lemonades and spritzers.
From the iconic Pale Ale to the special “Eisweißbier”. We source our quaffable beers from traditional, local breweries. We serve them from the bottle, with our flow-through cooler from the KEG or directly from the cosy, real wooden barrel on the “Ganter”.
